I sell a wonderful and rare Gretsch White Falcon 6137, 1969! (Serial number 69xx), the guitar has been subject to the following from a known shop / luthier American:

Fret dress
Strings and set up
Repair binding at F-holes
Glue binding at fingerboard end
Repair mute
Repair jack area
Some check finish
Replica pickguard

Except for the pickguard guitar is totally original! The setup on the guitar that makes it very fun to play, the strings are very soft and the ebony fingerboard do the rest, the sound is a classic vintage Gretsch sound, but more "rock" compared to her sisters 6120 or 6122 for example; in every way, the 54 variations of sound achievable with this dream guitar make it one of the most versatile guitars ever built."

Serial: ???
Parts missing: Bridge Cover
Finish: Olympic White (probably refinished)

This is a very nice looking '63 Jag, even though the body is probably refinished. For someone, who looks for a nice Pre-CBS Player Jaguar this one could be interesting due to the prette low price. Again, if you look for some value that is going to increase, this is not what you want to buy, becaus of the refin.

Condition: refin

Price: Auction start @12000$

"This is an authentic 1956 Fender Stratocaster that plays and sounds fantastic."

If the Auction stays at this low level, it could be a chance to get a cheap pre-60's Players strat. Collectors won't be interested due to the two refins and the changed parts.

'57 Fender Esquire Blonde -near mint-

Model: 1957 Fender Esquire
Serial: 21150
Parts missing: none
Finish: original Blonde
Condition: near mint
Price: 22500$
Value (according to VGM-Priceguide): 18000$-22000$

"1957 Vintage Fender Esquire Telecaster in near mint all original condition. Exceptionally clean and well cared for, the guitar is in pristine condition, with original tweed case and hang tag with matching serial number. Although the guitar has light player wear, it is otherwise pristine. The lacquer features only light checking, and very little discoloration.

The tweed case is the finest one I have ever seen. There is NO staining, it's a beautiful light Amber color, and features just a few light scuffs. This Kroylon side pocket, red plush, original case features the label inside, and also the outside metal Fender logo, which is extremely rare as these always get knocked off early in the game."

"It is all original and super cool. This one is finished in one of our favorite metallic finishes, Lake Placid Blue. It has faded to a great ocean turquoise like color. The neck is straight and in good condition. The frets show only a small amount of wear and won't need attention for a long time. The action is set nice and low with no fret-out either on the medium thin profiled neck"

That's why you alway want to keep your guitars inside the case...
